Shipping

We are based in Wellington New Zealand and all orders are sent from here. We use standard airmail postage to all addresses except those within New Zealand where a tracked service with "signature not required" is used. Mail delivery times vary greatly with some mail to the east coast of the USA taking less than a week. On other occasions, particularly since the COVID-19 pandemic began, delivery can take as long four weeks, so please be patient.

Returns

Returns are generally not feasible. However any damaged or incorrectly shipped item will be replaced.
